Your right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The period starts on the day you, or a person you named who is not the carrier, receive the goods. [Variant for orders delivered in several parcels: the day the last parcel arrives]
To withdraw, tell us clearly that you want to, for example by letter or email, to: [Provider name, address, email]. You can use the form below, but you do not have to.
Sending the notice before the period ends is enough to meet the deadline.
What happens after you withdraw
We refund all payments we received from you, including the cost of standard delivery, without delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your notice.
We refund to the same payment method you used, unless you agree to something else. You are never charged for the refund.
We may hold the refund until we have the goods back, or until you show that you have sent them, whichever is earlier.
You must send the goods back within 14 days of telling us. [Who pays the return postage: "We bear the cost of return" or "You bear the direct cost of returning the goods"; must match the shipping page]
You only have to pay for a loss in value if it results from handling the goods beyond what is needed to check their nature, features and function.
When there is no right of withdrawal
